PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high volume periods such as sales and new collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
VD Maison Beaute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. VD Maison Beaute is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
