VD MAISON BEAUTE — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON HAIR PRODUCTS

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all wig and hair extension purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, altered, cut, colored, or tampered with in any way.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS — PRESS ON NAILS

Press on nail sets may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unopened and in original packaging
  • The seal is unbroken
  • You have your order confirmation number

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vdmaisonbeaute.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours all orders are final.

STORE CREDIT

Approved returns will receive store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
